These
sample workouts are designed to give you an idea of how to put
exercises together to create time efficient, full body workouts.
Notice
that each muscle group is covered at least once during the routine
and there is no time wasted between exercises.
This
type of workout combines both strength and cardio in the same
session and is ideal for people with limited time.
Depending
on your current level of fitness, I've created 3 routines. One
for beginners, one for intermediate, and one for advanced.
Remember,
these are only examples. You can create your own programs using
whatever exercises work best for you, but try to choose at least
one exercise for each muscle group.
NOTE:
