The
Cable Machine is a very versatile piece of equipment and with
a little imagination, you can create entire full-body workouts
that revolve around this one machine.
Most
people, however, never use the cable machine to its fullest
potential. They typically perform isolation exercises for their
arms and chest, and maybe their abdominals.
These
videos (I will be adding more) are just a sample of some of
the unique exercises and combination movements you can add to
your exercise routine to create a full-body workout.
Keep
in mind that due to the nature of the cables, whereas you are
constantly being pulled off balance, these exercises are a great
way to improve balance and core stability.
