How to do a Dumbbell Row

 
   


The Braced Dumbbell Row is the most basic of back exercises and is a good starting point for beginners.

Once you feel confident with this exercise you would want to move on to more challenging variations such as those performed from a free standing position.

With my DVD you will discover a multitude of ways to exercise your back at various angles by using barbells, dumbbells, cable machines, and circuit equipment.
