Incline Pushup / Dumbbell Press

 
   


The Incline Pushup and Dumbbell Press are two of the easiest chest exercises to start with.

While both are good for beginners, I recommend the pushup because it involves more muscles, including the core.

In the full DVD, you will discover a variety of ways to do pushups; each one becoming more challenging as you become stronger.

You will also learn several variations of the dumbbell press along with chest specific cable machine exercises for even greater variety!
