How to do a Squat

 
   


The Squat is one of the best overall exercises for the lower body and will strengthen and tone your legs, hips, and glute's--the largest muscles in your body.

If you're wanting to burn fat or lose weight, this exercise (and variations of it) should be at the top of your list!

Once you feel comfortable with this body-weight squat, begin adding weight for even better results!
