When your
idea of getting in shape means losing a few pounds,
feeling better, stronger or simply to have more energy to do
the
things you enjoy, I can help!.....and I'll get you started for
FREE!
My name is
Chris Nerat, as a fitness professional with over 23
years experience; I've helped countless numbers of men, women,
and seniors lose weight, burn fat, and gain functional strength
while developing balance, flexibility, and coordination.
What's my
secret? In truth, I don't have one. What I do have, and
what I am about to share with you is the knowledge I have gained
in my 23 years of teaching beginners how to exercise.
|
The concept
is simple--Use functional strength exercises, start with the
basics, and change
your workout routine on a regular basis.
As simple
as that sounds, there is of course a lot more to it, which is
why you are here.
I am going
to show you which exercises to start with, how to do them correctly,
and how
to modify your programs for continued success.
Let's get

Congratulations!
- You have just completed Strength Training 101
Now,
assuming you've read my Free Guide, you know the importance
of changing your program to keep things
challenging; so here's another tip.
Adding
cardio to your strength program is an excellent way to increase
the amount of calories burned, resulting
in a higher percentage of fat loss -- Here's how it's done.
Once
you're comfortable with your routine, (usually 3-weeks) start
adding a short cardio session before each two
exercises. For example, begin your workout with 3-minutes of
cardio (stationary bike, jump rope, treadmill, etc.)
then move on and perform the first two strength exercises in
your program.
Do
the exercises back-to-back, (i.e. Air Squats, Push-ups, Air
Squats, Push-ups) with no rest between. Continue
on, adding a cardio bout before each two exercises and try not
to rest until all exercises have been completed.
This
type of exercise program will prove to be very challenging,
but the rewards are well worth the effort!
Okay,
let's move on to the last and final step. This is the step that
will seperate those of you looking to meet a short term goal
from those wanting to Get Fit and Stay Fit!
Remember,
the key to continuous results is in your ability to make changes
to your routine.
While adding cardio is a way to change how your program
is performed; it is just as important
that you vary the exercises themselves.
Changing
the exercises not only places different demands on your muscles
thereby making your
workouts more effective, it also prevents boredom.
Since
boredom and lack of results are two of the main problems facing
beginners, it makes sense
that the more exercises you have to choose from, the better
your chances are for success.

prevent boredom and ensure continued results

Why
Fit-n-Functional is your best choice
The problem
with other exercise videos:
Most fitness videos on the market take the
‘follow me, look like me’ approach to exercise,
where the idea is to follow along with the instructor
through a pre-defined workout--the instructor sets the
pace, chooses the exercises etc.
While this method seems to be the norm,
many beginners or less experienced people generally have
a hard time keeping up due to their unfamiliarity with
the exercises. This not only becomes frustrating but can
also lead to poor results or injury. Furthermore, fitness
videos that take this approach are a one shot deal--you
do it once and repeat the same workout over and over.
This not only leads to boredom, it lacks
longevity as well. Meaning, in order for you to experience
long term results, you must have the ability to change
your workout and change it often--most exercise videos
simply do not give the user that option.
The Fit-n-Functional Difference:
Fit-n-Functional Basics and Beyond, is not
a typical exercise video, it is a strength training instructional
video. The difference being, rather than having you follow
me through a series of exercises (which you most likely
are not familiar with) I teach you how to perform over
30 different exercises, which can then be used to create
a dozen or more unique workouts--more than you can use
in a year!
This not only solves the ‘one shot
deal’ problem of being stuck doing the same routine
over and over, the knowledge you gain throughout this
video will enable you to create your own workouts, which
you can change as often as you like. This not only prevents
boredom but also helps to ensure continued results.
Furthermore, my DVD is designed to accommodate
users of all levels--you learn at your own pace. The exercises
feature clear demonstrations in both slow motion and regular
speed, along with verbal descriptions for even better
understanding. Again, since there is no set tempo to follow,
you can take your time and learn at a pace that is comfortable
for you.
Another advantage of the Fit-n-Functional
program is in the variety of equipment. Throughout the
course of this video, you will learn how to use free-weights,
body-weight, and cable machines--3 of the most common
forms of exercise used in developing functional strength.
Therefore, whether you are at home or in the gym, you
will feel confident using whatever equipment is available.
Finally, this one video teaches you the
exercises and skills necessary to create and change your
routines every month for entire year! That's an amazing
value!

When it comes
to getting in shape there is no better type of exercises for
getting the job done than functional strength exercises.
While there are many
exercises that fall into the "functional strength"
category, my DVD focuses on body-weight, free-weights, and cable
machines--3 of the most popular and most effective forms of
exercises for
developing strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
You will discover
which exercises are best to start with, how to do them
correctly and why you should be doing them. You will also learn
how to
modify them for continued results as you become stronger, fitter,
and more confident.
"features
real people and a realistic workout"
|

"Super all around strength video!
Instead
of using petite models or young men hoisting massive weights,
this video features real people and a realistic workout. An
excellent
choice for someone starting into resistance training.
I
particularly liked the segments where he shows how strength
training
can translate to everyday life activities. Mr. Nerat's style
is common
-sense and low key, not at all intimidating, and I think this
DVD is a
great value for the money! I would highly recommend this DVD!"

"While this instructional DVD is the perfect tool for a

it is
necessary to do them correctly. I highly recommend this easy
